Snippeted during "Elevation" but never performed in full.

Correct. It was barely a snippet too, just "but I'm a creep".

There is a full version of the song floating around the internet that's mislabeled as U2....however, it's Radiohead. Who knows why someone thought it was U2.

I wouldnt say it was radiohead themselves though....

...radiohead, sublime, pearl jam, smashing pumpkins...

Most mis-labeled mp3 on the 'net.

On the Irving Plaza (2000) bootleg, Bono sings a snippet, "I'm a Creep" and Edge does that 'kachink kachink' guitar line in "Creep." Then go back into..."Elevation" if I remember correctly.

Yeah, they did that a bit on the E tour...I liked when Edge did that, it was cool. "Creep" is probably my favorite Radiohead tune, everything else is just too...I dunno...something.

I have the same song, I think it is radiohead singing.

Is Edge's SBS the slow, sad one? I have it labelled as Radiohead, always thought it was Bono. Edge and Bono sound very alike. Edge is less crackly and rusty though. less wholesome too if that makes sense.

Probably from the same people that gave us tracks like:
"She Moves In Mysterious Ways"
"It's A Beautiful Day" and
"One Love"

U2's making moves to fix that by making entire lines into song titles:

"Stuck in a Moment That You Can't Get Out Of"
"Sometimes You Can't Make It on Your Own"
