It's most definitely a photoshop - a good one, but if you look closely you can discrepancies - like the rim of the glasses trns into this black blurry thing by his ear, and there's a bit of a blur where the camo hat meets the skin, and the line of his face under the left glass doesn't match up with the rest of it...(can you tell I've used and seen lots of photoshop stuff?
