Clarification on Hands please

OK - I admit I tend to get confused more easily than others but is the Hands That Built America a U2 song or Bono and The Edge on their own?
I'm pretty sure the video has all 4 members but I only see B&E promoting it and doing the media circuit....

So what are Larry and Adam doing with their time right now?

Yeah...I guess I wasn't TOO surprised by that, since Bono and Edge seem to be the more "visible" members of the group. But, yeah, I wonder what Larry and Adam are up to!
