Chicago 2nd Disc question

People I was wondering , in the making of the 2nd dvd of chicago , does it have again that kind of now famous narrator of u2 dvds , the same that spoke in the making of boston , and in the story of One doc of Best of , can't remember the guy's name , and If I'm not wrong he's irish as well , though I don't hear a lot of accent in his voice.
