Sometimes I joke that I'd listen to Bono sing the phone book, but was a full 1:45 of nothing but humming at the beginning really necessary? I mean, it sounds pretty and all, but I personally thought that could have been trimmed a bit.

I know. The first time I listened to it I got a bit impatient and thought he'd never start singing. But now I like it, it really adds to the atmosphere of the song.
