I think since neither Eno or Lanois would be hanging around,its pretty safe to assume what they are saying.Cause those two really urge them to push the envelope.As much excited I am,I just hope that band remembers what happened with POP and POPmart.Punk rock and melody sounds good, but what I'd really hate is 'memoirs of Elevation tour'.I hope U2 would take "some" progressive leaps and I dont expect POP or ZOOROPA or All That You Can't Leave Behind.

This post excited the hell out of me. I can't wait for the new album. I love the energy of Boy and if they take that, and mix it with the musical talent, and innovation that they have gained along the way, then this is going to the BEST ALBUM EVER!!!

And for those of you complaining about Pop, and Zooropa.... Just remember, the worst U2 album is still better than 99.9% of the music out there!!
