Bono to star in musical?

I was reading OK! magazine, and this is what it said:

From Music To Movies
U2 frontman Bono is in talks to make his feature film debut. The Irish Rock singer will play an "aging rocker" in a $100-million musical film called All You Need Is Love, according to the film's British writer Ian La Frenais. Fellow rock god Mick Jagger may also appear in the film.


Anyone know anything about this??

He's already made his film debut didn't he? That one the Trinity College film student made- "Sightings of Bono" I think it was called.
I also remember reading a script was floating around for a movie to be made with Bono and Ashley Judd- dunno whatever came of that though.
