"Bono" on Today show

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

I really thought he played the crowd very similar to Bono...reminded me of him when he walked out...the hat, the shades. The crowd was all along the stage and he shook hands right up until his first lyrics. Played one song...commercial... and then I heard the familiar beginning...wow!...not a bad performance, but I think I was more excited about the coincidence that he had reminded me of B...so I had to post it!!

His next single...so I guess he'll sing it as a duet with his wife. That'll be nice.

Did he jump on any audience member's lap and begin grinding his crotch into her midsection?

Country music will NOT take U2 songs! :banghead:

Well, since Stars Go Blue is a Ryan Adams song, and Ryan Adams is an "alt-country" (if you need a box to put him in) songwriter, I don't know what you're on about.

Tim McGraw, what did you do?
Tim McGraw, are we in hell?
Tim McGraw drives me to booze
Turn the volume down

Tim McGraw, this isn't sweet
Tim McGraw, what is that sound?
Tim McGraw, are you done yet?
We're not happy now

Where do you go when you're angry?
Where do you go when you're blue?
Where do you go when you're angry?
I'm sad as you
When a song gets screwed

Laughing as you piss us off
Laughing with your sales high
Laughing as you climb the charts
Wish this was a lie

Where do you go when you're angry?
Where do you go when you're blue?
Where do you go when you're angry?
I'm sad as you
When a song gets screwed
