Best Song Survivor: Achtung Baby Round Four

Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses was sent galloping away in the last round. Now nine songs remain from Achtung Baby, vying for four spaces in the 1990s quarterfinal round. You have 24 hours to vote for your least favorite song, the next song to be eliminated from this contest. For anyone just joining us, rules may be found here.

Switching to MW. The album version has no solo, and misses the little moments it has live.

Zoo Station.

Edge's guitar work in LIB (especially live version) warrants it staying around a little longer.

Just remember that Acrobat has to go before we start making the really hard decisions.

I knew these Achtung Baby rounds would be painful, but Love is Blindness? People please- you're breaking my heart.

Acrobat this time.

I can't believe you nutters are voting for Love Is Blindness, one of the best two songs on the album. When did the Hive turn against it?

I would normally vote One or UV at this point, but I might wait to see if there's a viable option to save LIB. I'm not exactly going to miss the likes of MW or EBTTRT.

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

I mean get the boot.

I don't get the hate for Love is Blindness. I don't see it making the semifinal round, but I'm baffled why it's primed to be the next one out.

There's nothing here that's better than just about anything making the 80s finals rounds,
so I don't care much one way or the other.

Surprising that LIB is on the chopping block before Zoo Station. ZS is decent, but much better lyrics on LIB plus the Edge's guitar work is great (specially live).
