Ko Moe Aye: Among the international community that supported you and
the NLD, you must have heard about the song written and sung in your
honour by the world famous U2 band. What message do you want to send to
U2?
Daw Aung San Suu Kyi: I am very thankful to U2 for the consideration
they have shown towards the Burmese people. I also admire them because
I have learned that they are also engaging in many other humanitarian
activities. Artistes like them are not only a credit to the arts but to
mankind as well. I respect and thank them very much.
