After more than a year on the shelf and with Elevation 2001 coming to a close, how do you rate the songs now? My list:

BD
Kite
WILATW
In A Little While
Elevation
Grace (for the lyrics)
Stuck (my wife's fave)
Walk On
NY
POE
Wild Honey

In my list, Kite and WILATW have moved up considerably over the course of a year. I hate putting NY so low because the song has really grown on me....but I think the whole CD is just that strong.

Stuck
Walk On
Beautiful Day
When I Look At The World
Elevation
Kite
New York
Peace On Earth
Wild Honey
In A Little While
Grace (sucks)

Walk On
Beautiful Day
Kite
Stuck
New York (new live version)
Elevation
In A Little While
When I look at the World
Wild Honey
Peace On Earth
Grace... (my sentinements exactly DrTeeth)

Just to clarify.... Wild Honey used to be a favourite and I still LOVE it, but after hearing it live in Vegas, it didn't blow me away like I thought it would. Maybe it was expected too much and thus, lost it's surprise appeal. The above mentioned songs DID blow me away at some point or other during the Elevation tour. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky few to hear WILATW live, so it still ranks lower than the other live tracks. New York has grown on me immensly, but if it weren't for their strong live rendition of this tune, I don't think it would otherwise rank so highly in my list.
Walk On still after a year, is my favourite and hearing it live coupled with Hallelujah, just intensifies my feelings for this tune.

1.Walk On
2.Kite - this one has definaletly grown on me, I didn't like it at all first but now it's one of my favourites.
3.BD
4.WILATW
5.Peace On Earth
6.Elevation
7.Stuck
8.NY
9.Grace
10.Wild Honey
11.In a little while

I can't really put these in any order, it all depends what mood I'm in, which dictates my favorite tune...

It's interesting though, because I've always thought 'Stuck' was one of U2's masterpieces, and the last time we did this poll, I remember it being quite low on everyone's list, but now it seems to be in the top few with most people... Hmmm...

"Hey, pardon me for askin', but who's that little ol' man?..."

I Like "In a Little While", "Elevation", and "Stuck in a Moment" the same, and "Grace" really grew on me after I saw the tribute to 9/11 on dearbono.com.

Walk On (in the WOWOY/One area of greatness IMO)
Kite
Beautiful Day
When I Look At the World
New York
Elevation
Stuck In A Moment
Peace On Earth
In A Little While
Wild Honey
Grace

That's based on a combo of studio/live versions. That list might be dramatically different if I looked at them from one distinct view. Honestly, between Beautiful Day all the way through In A Little While, those could change dramatically by my mood. Definitely U2's second best album after Achtung Baby for me.

1.Walk On (one of the best U2 songs of recent times! has a great significance)
2.Stuck In A Moment (gets better with every listen)
3.Kite (I think this is the biggest grower on me,hopefully this would be num1 by the time of the next evaluation)
4.Beautiful Day (Still as freash as a daisy)
5.When I Look At The World
6.In A Little While (what a gem)
7.Peace On Earth (more relevant than SBS)
8.Grace (death of the progressive rock)
9.Elevation (excellent song otherwise but its less deeper than the above ones)
10.Wild Honey (adds balance)
11.New York (Sorry still not working! But still an excellent song)

I think the difference between 1 and 11 is about 10%.I think its a marvelous album,I feel that I bought it on 30th Oct. 2001

Kite and BD have been 1 and 2 for me from day one. As each month passes, this album is aging like a classic. At what point can you say this is a classic? I've been wanting to say so ever since October 27th, 2000.

The idiot who put the DVD on his Christmas wish list. What was I thinking!?! That is a WHOLE month away!

OK, I'll play...

Wild Honey ... still a lovely song, but one of them had to be last

1. Kite - was my #1 when ATYCLB came out, and it still makes me weep like a baby.
2. In a Little While - a real grower, I didn't like it much at first.
3. Elevation
4. Beautiful Day - another grower. I wasn't impressed with it at all until I heard it live and it just blew me away.
5. Walk On
6. Stuck in a Moment...
7. Wild Honey
8. New York - was my second-favourite song at first, but then the other tracks sort of bumped it down.

I honestly can't answer this for another year at least. I'm going through ATYCLB burnout from hearing the songs on the radio so often. It's like with Pop; I used to hate 'Discotheque' because it was so overplayed, but when I got a break from it, I recognized what a great song it is.

"Good men die unhappily. Bad men die unluckily. THAT's tragedy." --Tom Stoppard

Adam: Look guys, I got a Springfield spoon for my spoon collection.
Edge: Oh boy, here we go...
Bono: Wow, how many is that now Adam?
Adam: Nine. If I didn't have my spoons, I'd go insane.
Bono: Can I see it?
*adam gives bono the spoon, bono throws it away*
Adam: My spoon!

Late as always. I think to much.

Here's my list but it varies almost from day to day.

1. Kite (beautiful, powerful)
2. Walk On
3. Peace on Earth (the feeling, the words....)
4. Stuck (simple, but the words makes it all)
5. Elevation (love the energy, it truly makes me happy)
6. Grace ( so soft, sweet, relaxing. Maybe misplaced and therefor the low ranking for many)
7. When I look at the world
8. Beautiful day
9. In a little while (beautiful but a bit "thin")
10. Wild Honey (love the spirit and the childish joy in this song, but maybe misplaced on the album as well)
11. New York (better after have seen it live but still it's the track I skip on the album)
