Are there two version of "Fast Cars"?

Twice I've caught the very end of "Fast Cars" on XM Satellite radio and I could swear it is a different version from HTDAAB.

Is there a second version (not Xanax and Wine) somewhere out there that I'm not aware of?

From what I heard, the song sounds like the music of Xanax with the lyrics of Fast Cars.

There's a Jackknife Lee remix that came out on one of the singles.

It's actually not bad either. It's, like you said, sort of a cross between "Fast Cars" and "Xanax and Wine."

The Jackknife Lee remix of Fast Cars was on one of the Sometimes You Can't blah singles.

so Jacknife's version has music from Xanax in it?

that was the version I was asking about, the one with bits of both in it.

Also check out Canada's All Because of You cd single for this new Jacknife Lee version. I find it less raw and more squeaky clean. Not a bad remix.

It has a new version of the Jacknife Lee Fast Cars remix? Must order the single.

I think I am a little obsessed with this song.

If someone could be so kind as to send me the remix and the original please?

I brought HTDAAB but it didn't have Fast Cars on it. Can anyone clarify which countrie(s) didn't get stinged out of a 12th track?

I like the remix better. It reminds me Discotheque a bit, which is a great thing!
