Another on Bin Laden

The news has just announced the Taliban are considering giving him up. My question is what happens if they do? Does he come to America and face trial? If so what sort of trial? I cant imagine the Supreme Court handling this. Or will it?

Does he fall into some terrorist category and have laws especially? I suppose this would, but I have no idea, so pls excuse my ignorance.

Can people who respond to this please not attack anyone for their views or ideas too?
Its only a question, and we all have opinions.
