ABOY: An all-time classic?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

must be because I'm young and just recently got into U2, but all because of you is one of my favorite U2 songs, and one that hooked me on U2

All Because of You is not a classic.
U2 is not "dad-rock" because they appeal to such a wide age range. The key is to keep their output varied. For every ABOY they have to have a Vertigo...

ABOY is a horrible song IMO (exluding the "I'm at the door..." lyrics.)

U2 is almost dad rock.

Let's hope for a creative spark.

They're getting very close to Dad rock, agreed. I think Bono recognizes this -- in a recent interview he hinted at a big change in musical direction on the next album (although doesn't he always do this? "punk rock on Venus" etc.?).

The band needs to get experimental and weird again.
