A question on the "Free" CD Sampler from Bestbuy

I have been waiting for the CD sampler (advertised during the Boston show on VH1) to "arrive" at the Bestbuy and no luck yet!
I have checked all around the city and no other store has it! I have a raincheck on it, but I am wondering if this has happened elsewhere besides San Antonio, Texas?!?!
