A b-side question and a remix question

1. What singles had North and South of the River as a b-side?

2a. Was the Mofo Explicit Mix ever released on cd?

2b. It was released on vinyl, right?

2c. What are these cds and/or vinyl releases called?

2d. Anybody got one they want to sell/trade?

2e. Is the Explicit Mix available somewhere on RealPlayer? I don't want to deal with the whole mp3 thing right now. (Long, boring, stupid story.)

Thank you.

The U2 version was only on Staring at the Sun.

"Dunno" for the others.

As posted by typhoon, this song was on the Staring At The Sun single.

a. No, the Explicit Mix was never released on CD, it's only available on vinyl (b). It's on a promo called Mofo - Explicit Remix (c, duh!), catalog number U2MOFO3 I believe. The promo is very rare to come by, I'm still looking for it myself. It is available somewhere on the Internet (as I think I have a mp3 of it somewhere). BTW, RealPlayer can also play mp3-files.

As for Zooropamanda's question, the Explicit Mix is a remix of Mofo by Matthew Roberts (who also did the Phunk Phorce Mix and Black Hole Dub). It sounds quite like the Phunk Phorce Mix, but it has much 'explicit language'.

C ya!

Thank you, Marty! Later on, you can tell me about RealPlayer and mp3s.
