I recently brought 1980-90 best of, just for the b sides and am frankly astounded at the fantastic quality of all of theses songs! In particular,
The three sunrises
Bass trap
Love comes tumbling
Hallelujah, here she comes
luminous times (hold on to love)

How these songs didn't make albums I have no idea and dare I say it, every single one is better than anything U2 have offered recently. No one can say that the eighties wasn't the best decade for U2 after listening to these songs, that's for sure!
