I've just listened to the original version of this song for the first time (thanks Neutral for sending it) and am blown away by the Joy Division similarities in the second half of the track. I'm sure this is something that's been said a million times before, particularly given that Martin Hannett produced it, but it's extremely obvious. Clayton even goes Hook for a few seconds!
