I've done a polar dip but it was nothing compared to what it would be like in your region

Heh. I couldn't go all the way in, as I can't swim. But I could run in up to my neck or something like that. They say it's reaaally refreshing... and shocking... usually a combination of both I think

Actually when it's as cold as it is right now, the bay is actually warmer than the air. Not by much mind you, but hey.. better than it being colder Someday I hope to get up the guts to actually do it.
