ALL time.

For me, I think it would look something like this:

1. The Beatles - Let it Be
2. U2 - Where the Streets Have No Name
3. U2 - With or Without You
4. Cold Chisel - Khe Sahn
5. Pink Floyd - Eclipse

Hey, I heard Dimmey's is having a special on flannelette shirts!

Uh, anyway. That was just in jest. My top five ...

1. U2: One Tree Hill
2. Porcupine Tree: Stupid Dream
3. The Chills: Pink Frost
4. Agalloch: In The Shadow Of Our Pale Companion
5. Dream Theater: Space-Dye Vest

I bet if you asked me tomorrow, only the top two would be the same.

R.E.M. - E-bow, the Letter
U2 - A Sort of Homecoming
The Beach Boys - God only knows
Frank Zappa - Sofa No. 1
Talk Talk - Time, it's Time

in no order and not set in stone

1. U2: Until The End Of The World
2. Bob Dylan: 4th Time Around

4. Arcade Fire: Intervention
5. Bob Dylan: Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues

Love - You Set the Scene
Husker Du - Whatever

Zooropa is probably my favourite U2 song, it'd be in the top 10.

I'll cop that one. Not ashamed at all. THE party song, or more, THE song to play at 2am when the night is winding up and fellowship is at a high.

Any Australian who doesn't know the words phails as an Aussie in my eyes. :grumpy:

1. radiohead - airbag
2. blur - to the end
3. wilco - reservations
4. loscil - the grid
5. abide with me / all i want is you - u2

Something like this:

1. Arcade Fire - No Cars Go
2. U2 - Beautiful Day
3. Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees
4. Peter Gabriel - Mercy Street (live)
5. Beatles - A Day In The Life

1. R.E.M. - Drive
2. Nine Inch Nails - Piggy
3. Pearl Jam - Black
4. U2 - Stay (Faraway, So Close!)
5 Depeche Mode - Walking In My Shoes

Who the hell knows for sure. How about this:

1. Country Feedback - R.E.M.
2. Incident on 57th Street - Bruce Springsteen
3. Bad - U2
4. Find The River - R.E.M.
5. Wilco - At Least That's What You Said

Actually the more I think about it, R.E.M. has produced most of my favorite songs of all time. And while anyone familiar with my taste isn't at all surprised by that, when I first saw this thread the first thing that popped into my mind was a big handful of R.E.M. songs. They really write stuff that stands on its own two feet.

Country Feedback
Nightswimming
Find the River
Half a World Away
Me In Honey
Losing My Religion
I Believe
E-Bow The Letter
Electrolite
Falls to Climb
Walk Unafraid
Let Me In
You Are The Everything
Maps and Legends
Talk about the Passion

The list goes on.

God damn I love that band.

1. U2 - Gloria
2. Stone Roses - Made Of Stone
3. U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name
4. The Smiths - How Soon Is Now
5. Gin Blossoms - Follow You Down

Apologies to Paranoid Android, Children, Born Slippy, Strawberry Fields, Carry On, Morning Glory, Beautiful Day, All Over You and many more.

Beatles - Something
The Smiths - The Boy With The Thorn In His Side
U2 - The Fly
U2 - New Years Day
Pink Floyd - Time

I'll probably change this list 10 times before tomorrow, but here goes:

1. "Across the Universe" by The Beatles
2. "Where the Streets Have No Name" by U2
3. "Queen Bitch" by David Bowie
4. "The Birth and Death of the Day" by Explosions in the Sky
5. "Jungleland" by Bruce Springsteen

At the moment:

Shiver - Coldplay
Lux Aeterna (from the Requiem for a Dream OST) - Clint Mansell

1. The Beatles - Strawberry Fields Forever
2. Led Zeppelin - Black Dog
3. U2 - Zooropa
4. Beck - Debra
5. Blur - Beetlebum

Seriously? Top 5 ever? I think I can barely do a Top 5 of the last 5 hours. All right, givin' it the old college try:

1. "Bad" -- U2
2. "How To Disappear Completely" -- Radiohead
3. "Cups" -- Underworld
4. "Whole Lotta Love/Rock 'n Roll/When the Levee Breaks/Kashmir/In My Time of Dying/That's The Way" -- Led Zeppelin
5. "The Carpet Crawlers" -- Genesis

Ok, I fail. So sue me.

That is an amazing song! I have Stewart Copeland's entire Spyro soundtrack on my ipod :shh:

We used to contact Insomniac to see if there would be an official release of Stewart's music for Spyro but they said it would never happen, so we had to resort to other means. Let me know if you'd like it :)
