Isn't it interesting how sexy that song is, when she wrote it about someone who was stalking her, and it's really a trip into the mind of someone contemplating violence? Finding the beauty in ugliness - that's art.

With or Without You
Possession - Sarah (the piano versions are best)
Essence - Lucinda Williams
Sexual Healing - the Ben Harper cover
Son of a Preacher Man - Dusty Springfield, of course
If You Wear that Velvet Dress
Fade Into You - Mazzy Star
Even Better than the Real Thing
Ultraviolet (Light My Way)
Black - Pearl Jam, the Benaroya Hall version, with that wrenching solo at the end

 That song is ALWAYS in my sexxxy mood mixes! :reject:

Also, what? No Sade, anyone? Come on!

"I Never Thought I'd See The Day" could well, ALONE, be the sexist song ever made!!!! :sexywink:

Then you throw in:

You Love Is King
Frankie's First Affair
Cherry Pie
Is It A Crime?
Love Is Stronger Than Pride
Clean Heart
Kiss Of Life
Cherish The Day
Bullet Proof Soul
Lover's Rock
By Your Side
All About Our Love

My friend once remarked to me, "Wouldn't it suck to be one of Sade's kids. Think about it, you could never have sex to her music, because that would be your Mom singing! How sad!"

How weird. I was JUST thinking what a great topic this would be and lo and behold someone beat me to it.

I, however, need more time to contemplate, and maybe do some *research* before I can make my official list.
