Since a potentially horrible one is already being made, let's say someone approached you with this god-awful idea and said you'd get a truckload of money for recruiting bands to do this, who would you recruit for each song?

1. The White Stripes - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
2. Modest Mouse - With a Little Help from My Friends
3. TV on the Radio - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
4. Franz Ferdinand - Getting Better
5. The Roots - Fixing a Hole
6. Rufus Wainwright - She's Leaving Home
7. Arcade Fire - Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!
8. Radiohead - Within You, Without You
9. The Flaming Lips - When I'm Sixty-Four
10. Sufjan Stevens - Lovely Rita
11. Beck - Good Morning Good Morning
12. The White Stripes - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
13. Wilco - A Day in the Life

2. Roger Waters - With a Little Help from My Friends
3. Kate Bush - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
4. Moby - Getting Better
5. Depeche Mode - Fixing a Hole
6. Tori Amos - She's Leaving Home
7. Arcade Fire - Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!
8. Todd Rundgren - Within You, Without You
9. Sting - When I'm Sixty-Four
10. Dido - Lovely Rita
11. David Bowie - Good Morning Good Morning
12. Broken Social Scene- Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
13. Arcade Fire - A Day in the Life

1. Kaiser Chiefs - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

2. Keane - With a Little Help from My Friends

3. Green Day - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds

4. Linkin Park - Getting Better

5. Interpol - Fixing a Hole

6. Bloc Party - She's Leaving Home

7. Lily Allen - Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!

11. Blink 182 - Good Morning Good Morning

12. Daft Punk - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)

13. Radiohead - A Day in the Life

The only problems I see with it are that 64 is such a whimsical song and I don't think Nickelback can do any song without some sort of ridiculous seriousness.

Plus, they aren't a very good band.
