Few days ago I still was hooked to "All I want Is You". But since yesterday, I used winamp from the PC of my lover, and re-discovered his favourite song "Can't Help Falling In Love".

Gawd! gave me some chills and from that moment I just LOVE IT!

"All I Want Is You"

------------------
"I don't know you,
But you don't know the half of it..."

Why Should I Cry For You by Sting is really amazing. Actually, I think he wrote it for his father, but it comes across as a romantic love song too.

Jeff Buckley's Last Goodbye
Led Zeppelin's Thank You
Crowded House's Don't Dream It's Over

Many others...

------------------
You've got to cry without weeping
Talk without speaking
Scream without raising your voice

"Been Alone So Long" by Peter Hammill

Well it depends on what you mean by love. "The way you look tonight" is my favorite love song.... but "Let's get it On" is the best do it song ever.

I can't believe someone else loves that depeche mode song. It is amazing, especially when the backing vocals kick in near the end. Wow.

Otherwise, love is blindness has my votes.

I prefer:
-The Prodigy: Diesel Power
-Nirvana: Scentless Apprentice
-Death in Vegas: Aisha
-Smashing Pumpkins: Fuck You (An ode to no one)
-Marily Manson: Irresponsible Hate Anthem

And other sensitive, touching and softly elevating tunes that seem to fit to candlelight dinners. The named ones came to my mind first when I read the topic.
