actual south dakota law that hasn't been taken off:

if 3 or more native americans are on your land, you can shoot them.

if 3 or more native americans are in a vehicle they can be imprisoned for inciting war-like activities.

Those are pretty crazy.

There's a law in Chester, which is a town near the Welsh border, that if a Welsh person is found within the city walls of Chester at night then he can be shot with a bow and arrow.
