This show ran last week. I recorded it and watched it over the weekend. What a turn around. He went from an overweight, spoiled druggie to a disciplined young man.

He should be an inspiration to us all.

WOWSA! I was wondering about Jack and the Osbourne clan this weekend while channel surfing and MTV has the latest Meet the Barkers on. I miss the Osbournes. Good for Jack though for getting healthy and giving up that nasty lifestyle of partying, burning the candle at both ends and the excessive food, drink, drugs. He looks AMAZING!

he did great in Thailand for his kickboxing match. It was really cool cause he learned the traditional dance to protect him and did it before the fight in the ring. I thought it was really cool.
