Finally, I get to be the leader of my 'team'. This is so cool, I get to tell them what to do, when to do it and be bossy with approbation of the manager! IT ROCKS!!!!

Anyone in the same situation as me?

Yes.

Actually you should climb the ladder - management is when you get some competence. In a few years I?ll direct my own company if everything works out fine. If not, I?ll have to job - hop.

What kind of team do you lead?

We are the "quality technician" team.

We inspect parts. We measure and test them, and make sure that when they go to the production line their good.

But now, I'm in charge of different things. Like, making material reports, inventory, checking schedules, a lot of stuff that saves me for doing the hard job

No - not yet (only time will tell). Actually I am doing Communications, Coaching, Managing, all kinds of stuff.

Honeywell Industrial Automation and Control featured its new line of Leeds & Northrup Microtrac analyzers at the Pittcon '96 show, according to Honeywell?s website.
This doesn?t explain a lot - I always thought Northrup was a division, but I am not that sure.
