Would you prefer to pay a public servant or some wanky consultancy firm hundreds of thousands to think up something stupid like the Southern Star Observation Wheel that we have for our London Eye ripoff?

I don't use flash photography on trains. It's generally not too good an idea. I'd only do it if the driver knows that I'm there.
