Er war ein Punker
Und er lebte in der großen Stadt
Es war Wien, war Vienna
Wo er alles tat
Er hatte Schulden denn er trank
Doch ihn liebten alle Frauen
Und jede rief:
Come on and rock me Amadeus

means:
He was a Punker
And he lived in the big city
It was Vienna, was Vienna
Where he did everything
He had debts, for he drank
But all the women loved him
And each one shouted:
Come on and rock me Amadeus
No no, I mean there's this part, in some video of it I've seen, and my mom knows what I'm talking about to, where he starts naming of dates and saying what Amadeus did at that time, then he goes 198- German singer Falco write the song ROCK ME AMADEUS!

Anton Corbijn, according to the text on that first pic.

He's definitely got a "go away and leave me alone with my donkey" look about him in the second one.

They might have been taken in Morocco? Not sure...

Correct. Right now, it's a comfortable 6.3 up my way and 6.1 over in your part of the city.
