OK, I could gain 200 pounds and still be flat. I swear I'm the only woman in my family who is boobless. My great aunt who is in her late 80s came up to me once (she hadn't seen me in a while) and in front of my whole family said--Geez, you're such a pretty girl but you're flat. Yeah, thanks!

You might find that if you add weightlifting that targets your pectoral muscles, you won't flatten as much. I think developing those muscles is supposed to help...errr...lift and support?

not true Sula!! if you do weights all you get is muscle up there and its a lot flatter trust me

I think it works differently for different people. I know my personal trainer swore by it. But then again, I've never had to worry about too little up there, more like the opposite, so what do I know.
