After so much airwave saturation, I think I like them. I think this single will get annoying, but its still fairly good.

"I think, therefore I um..."

"this is how you remind me
of what i really am"

Something about being sorry for giving you a heart worth breaking...

you know it!

"these five words in my head scream 'are we having fun yet?'"

So do I-and it is SO STUCK in my head!

"How You Remind Me"

Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing
Tired of living like a blind man
I'm sick of sight without a sense of feeling
And this is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
for handing you a heart worth breaking
and I've been wrong, i've been down,
to the bottom of every bottle
these five words in my head
scream "are we having fun yet?"

yet, yet, yet, no, no
yet, yet, yet, no, no

it's not like you didn't know that
I said I love you and I swear I still do
And it must have been so bad
Cause living with me must have damn near killed you

And this is how, you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how, you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
for handing you a heart worth breaking
and I've been wrong, i've been down,
to the bottom of every bottle
these five words in my head
scream "are we having fun yet?"

yet, yet, yet, no, no
yet, yet, yet, no, no
yet, yet, yet, no, no
yet, yet, yet, no, no

Nickelback is another bunch of Perl Jam-wannabes who continue to rape the rotting corpse of grunge music.

Enough of these Eddie Vedder impersonators. The real Eddie Vedder has a shit voice anyway.

The rock station here is already playing their new single, "It's Too Bad," which is quite a rocking song.

I'm still wary of buying the album, but I don't really have to yet since they are getting so much airplay.

Does anyone have the full album?

Their album didn't get very good reviews by Rolling Stone. But what do they know anyway?

Change is the only constant

Theyre pretty good... whats annoying though, is that they are from Alberta here, only a few hours away from Edmonton. And they havent been super popular and mainstream until very recently. Before that single got popular, I went to see them in small venues and clubs, and mostly opening for everyone from Everclear to Creed. Its good for them I guess, but now it seems to my friends and I that everyone is jumping on the Nickelback bandwagon all of a sudden... when I first saw them 2 years ago, there werent many people watching them and they were the first band out of 3 playing... so it was kind of weird to see them sell out Skyreach Center to some 17,000 people.

LMAO, just looked at the lyric, that's a line from an old country song we have been referring to for years...
"are weeeeeeeee havin' fun yet?"rotfl. Good one.

They're not bad, but they also sure as hell aren't candidates for "the job."

"You gotta love living, baby, 'cause dyin's a pain in the ass."-- Frank Sinatra

Adam: Look guys, I got a Springfield spoon for my spoon collection.
Edge: Oh boy, here we go...
Bono: Wow, how many is that now Adam?
Adam: Nine. If I didn't have my spoons, I'd go insane.
Bono: Can I see it?
*adam gives bono the spoon, bono throws it away*
Adam: My spoon!
