Well there actually wasn't a thread on Whiskeytown so I'll start one. I'm sure there's some Whiskeytown talk in 1 of the 33 Ryan Adams threads but don't have the time to scan through all 33.

So which album should I start with?

Stranger's Almanac has my two favorite Whiskeytown songs, Avenues and 16 Days. They do a great cover of Fleetwood Mac's Dreams, but I'm not sure if it's available on an official release anywhere. The version I have they played on the World Cafe radio program.
