why the hell is our entire cirriculum in lit the whole "classic political literature about non-comformity, defying authority, and the dangers of totalitatian society where free thought is non-existant" genre? brave new world, 1984, etc etc etc....and I know from a sophomore friend that it's more of the same next year. a little fucking variety please.
