Its not necessary that the artist/band should be born in that country or speak the same language or have citizenship of that country

By U2, one could be reminded of USA if Bullet the blue sky is his ALL TIME favorite song...or something like that..or anything like that..or may his tour of USA coincided with U2's tour of USA..or anything like that

I know that but like Acrobat Man said, it's what artist does the country remind you of and Italy made me think of Madonna (must have been the "Italians Do It Better" shirts). I have no clue where Enigma was from but one of their songs had French lyrics so I said France.
