Well, I think many people (OK, me) will always like to have a solid physical copy of an album. I'm one of those people who likes flicking through the album booklet (I know, I think I'm beyond help too ) plus we've all heard those horror stories of I-pods deciding to randomly wipe themselves of the thousands of songs you've just spent hours loading onto it. So I think CDs will be around for a quite a while yet but I think in by the next decade they will become much rarer.
