Well, here I am...posting days/weeks after the original, but I couldn't let this one go unreplied!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE dark chocolate. The darker - the better.
Every b'day, I used to order a dark chocolate cake made at a local "health" food bakery with no refined sugar, no wheat and a fresh strawberry filling with nothing but the darkest chocolate. Everyone I knew HATED it because to them it was just so bitter. And OF COURSE, I got the BIG one - you know, the one for a party of 12? So, I froze pieces of that sucker and every night for about a month, I'd break out a piece every night. I was like a drug addict - waiting for the time I'd get home to dig into another piece! And I'd get the worst headaches from the caffeine. The last one I had was about 6 years ago and I have gone cold turkey.
So, there's a LOOOOOOONG story for such a simple question. Hello, my name is Carol and I'm a health, food, dark chocolate cake-a-holic.... no, that doesn't roll off the tongue that well.... pretty sad....
