I'm cooking tonight to give my wife a break, so I'll say..... angel hair pasta with breaded chicken cutlets, topped with red sauce and parm cheese ( place in large pie plates and bake at 350 for five minutes)...... "arteries be damned!!!"

Roast beef, Yorkshire puds, Roast potatoes, Potato croquettes, Broccoli, Carrots, Cawliflower with gravy Champagne with it!

Honey baked ham, scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli, Hawaiian rolls, fresh fruit and wine followed by cookies, coffee and strawberry cheesecake later
