I had pasta Al Fredo at the pub followed by Apple Pie And Custard!!! The pasta was tasty but not enough of it nice hot custard though!!!

I'm having chicken again tonight, but it's marinated and will grill it in my George Foreman Grill. Also some seasoned brown rice.

I'm starving too Susan!!!!!

Didn't have all that much for lunch.

My mum&friend both have a George Foreman grill and they are so good at draining the fat out aren't they?


I feel so much better after wating it was gorgeous!!!
