Tonite I will be making my famous Italian stuffed artichokes stuffed with bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, olive oil and parmesan cheese simmered for one hour with a side of white rice and green salad.

<lean cuisine: spaghetti with meat sauce. never had this one before, i much prefer the turkey/stuffing one i had a few nights ago, it's my favorite one.
