last night I had a sandwich. Well, it was more like late afternoon. But I fell asleep at 8 so I didn't have dinner. I should eat breakfast today. (since January 1st, eating healthy and exersizing daily I've lost 10 lbs!)
Great Grains cereal for breakfast
fruit for lunch (chopped apple, banana & oranges in a bowl)
roasted chicken and squash for dinner
rice krispie treat for dessert
