Breakfast will most likely be two pieces of toast (one with blueberry jam and cheddar cheese, one with peanut butter and Marmite), a cup of coffee with milk, and loads of pills. I like to have cooked breakfasts at the weekend, but we need to do a shop.

For lunch today I had the chicken and fruit curry salad over couscous, way over priced but it was good I guess. Sauteed some salmon with onions and parsley tonight in my little kitchen at the Harmony Motel. (Actually it's bigger than my kitchen at home )
