I can't believe I'm the only one to vote for Led Zep IV.

What is wrong with you people?!?!?

Carry on.

Oh, if you don't have it already, I highly, highly, highly recommend that you get Wilco - A Ghost Is Born first, and then pick among these.

And if you get John Mayer you have to send the rest of the money to me, as you will have proven yourself unable to responsibly spend your money.

Joshua Tree, Ten and Morning glory are my picks.

(if you own the second Coldplay album and really like them, I say parachutes instead of Ten)

Then why would it be one of your options you're considering buying?

vd ace,

An Oscar Mayer CD is not gonna win the heart of a lady.

But I do "salute" your cheesy efforts nonetheless...

It depends on your definition of bad. His music is so bland, it is almost frightening. He completely lacks redeeming qualities in every aspect of his music. The lyrics are mediocre, the music is just him strumming a guitar, his film clips are him wandering aimlessly and meanderingly around crooning, wearing ratty old clothes which fit perfectly with the sheer pointlessness of his style - if you can even call it a style. His record company need a good swift kick up the arse. He's about only good for anaesthetic BC. If you are happy when you start listening, you sure as shit wont be by the end of it. His utter crapulence will make you want to crawl out of your own skin in frustration.
