I'm pretty sure I saw Paul Hogan on a flight when I used to live in Indonesia. :D Mebbe he was on vacation. Or maybe my eyes deceived me. Good ol' Crocodile Dundee. :p

james carville

I've never seen anyone, but my friend's father travels all the time. He once was on a flight that as soon as everyone was seated all these security guards came on deck and asked everyone to move towards the back of 1st class(apparently it wasn't full). Then after everyone moved towards the back of the first class area in comes Micheal Jackson and a small child(this was right before the all the allegations came out). They sat right at the front of first class. So by his demand there were about 2 or 3 rows between them and the rest of first class. Once they landed MJ was escorted out right away and coach never even knew he was on the plane. My friend's Dad said it was the one of the most peculiar things he'd seen on a flight.

apparently some MLB player was on a flight i took back from Houston to Atlanta. and for the life of me i can't remember who it was, all i remember is the guy behind me calling his friend to tell him who he saw. :reject:

i did see Jane Fonda at Logan last year on my way back from Ireland. i was waiting for my flight to board from Boston to Atlanta and i was sitting in a chair and leaned back to stretch out, and soon as i did that my friend freaked out because the lady behind me was Jane Fonda and i almost nailed her with my head and arms.

I saw Richard Simmons in the French Quarter in 1991 when i was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras.

was he giving or receiving beads?

I've seen famous people on the street, on the subway, on buses, hailing taxis, at the movies, at the theater, in restaurants, diners, coffee shops, clothing stores, bookstores, at make-up counters, walking their kids to school, leaving their therapists office, jogging and coming out of yoga class. But never on an airplane.

I had the Stray Cats sitting in front of me when I was like seven. They were obnoxious (in first class).

More recently, I get to see famous people get on and off planes all the time.....no one really interesting (random athletes, Ted Nugent, Evan the Joe Millionaire guy, Josh Hartnett....)

I sold shoes to Mike Tyson when I worked at Foot Locker years ago.....

did he pay for them?
given the legal filings of late, id wonder.

I saw KD Lang get off a plane my mom was on...

And when I was training at Baltimore's BWI airport, they paged Justin Timberlake, and Al Gore came through the day before, but I didn't see either of them!

My closest brushes with "fame" have been at an ice-skating show in Vegas! (Um, do Sigfried & Roy count?)

Barry Sanders. All the 12-year-old boys in the pee wee hockey league in coach with me were freaking out.

on planes i've seen:

edward norton (i had a very quiet freak out.)
dannii minogue (i had a very quiet laugh to myself.)

not to rip on you newbie but your first post is in a thread about seeing famous people on a plane and the only word in your first post is "Moby"? that's a little strange but welcome anyway.

hey wait a minute, are you Moby?
