Currently using a really, really bad bottle opener (an Official AFL Product, it boasts) for Terry Jones' "Barbarians" - which thus far I highly recommend.

It was a Kit-Kat wrapper but then I changed it for a postcard from Australia with a mutated mouse (possum ) on it.

it used to be scraps of paper...but I'm using bookmarks now (For bigger books I use a CD booklet )

Bookmarks made by my kids. Or pretty/interesting cards(birthday, xmas, patterns, etc), cut into strips.
