the wonderful A_Wanderer

99% of the people here are very kind and caring. It's amazing how words on a screen can make you feel better when you're down.

I love discussing music with more intellectual people. not "OMG!!1111 i hAIt ppl!! simple plan iz da bestt dey r sooo HOTT"

Overall U2 fans as a community are just on a different level, and I love it.

The generosity of the people here. My collection of boots and other U2 items is amazing thanks to generous trades and outright gifts from my beloved Interferencers.

I like to know that there are other U2 freax out there. it makes me feel sane and normal (normal as I could be i suppose).

I also like the other forums where we post about current events, music, thoughts, opinions, and plain ol' B.S.

Exactly. People here get my obsession and everything, and I won't have to worry about anyone telling me to shut up about U2 or rolling their eyes when I mention them (seriously, my parents are cool with them and everything, but I am just waiting for the day when that actually happens), and so on and so forth.

The people here are fun (heh, particularly in PLEBA...I love visiting that place, I really do), smart...and I really feel like I fit in here, not just because of my love for U2, but because of the other things/people I like that, it turns out, others like, too. And of course, it's always nice to hear views from people from other parts of the world about everything from politics to music to whatever else.

And of course...
