Near enough all of the above except Barry Manilow, yeah Iv'e got Royksopp ( They're Norwegian aren't they, don't hit me if theyre not) so:wink:

I have a little bit of everything ... ranging from the really old school Gregorian Chant to classical, to big band Jazz to classic rock from the 60s and 70s to eighties pop and new wave to stuff from the 90s and 00s.

I have something from every year from 1955 to 2005, except 1958, 1961, and 1962. So you guys should post something cool from any of those years (preferably stuff that's still in print).

If you can't some jazz and blues, I have some stuff dating back to the 20's.

I've got classical stuff from the 1800s (my favorite era for that kind of music).
I've got Elvis Presley's Sun Sessions from the 1950s.
All the rest of my collection is a mix of stuff from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and the 00s.

thinking about it now 50 years worth of music.. wow suddenly I feel old!!! I have to say the late 70's and early 80's was when I went music crazy.. but that more likely cos they were my teen years:laugh:

Early 60's folk (or whatever Leonard Cohen is considered)
60's psychedelia
70's folk and rock
80s new wave and alt.rock/rap
90s industrial/gothic music/britpop/alt.rock/rap/triphop
Naughties: alt.rock/sad mopey brit rock/"garage rock"

My boyfriend collects classical music, so I guess count all that too.

The first few Beatle albums came out in '62, I believe.
Nah, '63. I think Dylan had his first album or two in '62, though, so I'll probably grab one of those (which I've been meaning to do anyway).
