Forrest gump
home alone 1 an 2(the scores)
Almost famous
the full monty
dumb and dumber
ready to wear(mostly because of U2 an the Stones)
Million Dollar Hotel

Most movie soundtracks stink IMO. Either crappy psuedo-modern-classical orchestral stuff, or cobbled-together hits of the moment. But I agree with Million Dollar Hotel.

Also, Martin Scorcese's films stand out for me thanks to their soundtracks - or rather the use of the soundtracks within the films. Goodfellas and Casino especially.

I can't understand how Singles wasn't mentioned. I mean it features 2 Pearl Jam songs, Alice In Chains, SoundGarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Jimi Hendrix and Mother Love Bone to name a few.
