Umm.....I don't know the brand name. It came from Melyanie (sp?) Lynn.
It's strapless and it does up like a corset (as you can see).

Probably due to the corset style and the puffy skirts.

Downside to corsets? Makes trying to eat a 5 course meal a bit of a challenge.

yeah, some of the skirts were far larger than that it makes dancing very hard when you can't get anywhere near the person you're dancing with
