Back when Weight Watchers began in the '60s, they used to tell their customers to take cooked cauliflower and mash it as finely as possible?they called this "Mock Mashed Potatoes."
this looks like some of my grandmother's cooking. seriously, she kept a big tub of lard by the stove in the 80's. I think she finally got rid of it cause I haven't seen it lately... but then again we usually go out for lunch or dinner now
