Cyanide and Happiness is glorious. One of the few comics that I actually save to my hdd on occasion.

In the same vein as C&H and PBF is SMBC:

It is. I had to stop reading it once it dawned on me that it was basically the garfield of the internet, though. I swear I saw the same strip repeat itself like 6 times in the first couple years and that was it for me.

cyanide and happiness is terrific
not really sure if it counts as a comic (it probably doesn't) but someecards.com | ecards for when you care enough to hit send | home has some funny pictures. it's similar to Married to the Sea.

I'd say it counts. I'm not willing to restrict the medium so much as to say it doesn't. If you can send comics to others via the website (which is something a lot of webcomics offer), the only thing they've really changed for that one is they've made sharing the premier focus. Some of those cards were hilarious
