Pirated vcds are the norm in Asia. They're so cheap, too, like 3 for $10.

I've seen worse, foray... 15 vcds for $12!!!

has anyone ever used one of these?
i just got a new dvd player, one that is capable of playing vcd's. so i learned how to make them and started burning some vcds. the quality isn't all that bad, i'd approximate it to vhs and the sound is quite good.
